Our team have a combined work experience of over 60 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, regularly carrying out work offshore, onshore and overseas.

Although our primary focus is the provision of radiation protection services to the Oil and Gas sector, we also provide radiation services to: the waste management industry including NORM decontamination and final disposal sites, the healthcare sector including hospitals, vets and dentists, teaching / research faculties and local authorities. This ability to draw experience from a broad skill base has allowed us to transfer and share new ideas between clients which satisfy the most stringent Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Through the Lucion Group of companies, we facilitate the sustainable development of clients across 12 key sectors worldwide through risk mitigation services. To assist our clients at every stage of their asset lifecycle journey, our Group works as three industry verticals: inspection, providing hazardous material testing data analysis and surveys; assessment, a conductor of physical onsite investigations including geoenvironmental and geotechnical studies; and advisory, offering environmental, sustainability and consultancy services.

Trusted Radiological Services

We hold ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications for our quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems, demonstrating that our company operations, including for training, equipment calibration, and document control meet recognised UK standards. 

Our awarding body, BSI, visits our offices on a regular basis to review documentation and evidence that we are compliant with the certification requirements and criteria. The scope of our registrations is for the provision of radiation protection and radioactive waste advisory services and radiological training services, meaning that the certifications apply directly to the services required under this framework.
