Rory joined ARPS in 2012, straight from university and has already achieved his RPA and RWA certifications.

Rory has been performing radiation compliance audits since late 2012 and has visited many of the oil and gas production and processing sites in the UK and overseas which we advise.  He regularly conducts on-site training sessions and is involved in teaching on the various training courses held by ARPS. Rory acts as the focal point for a client in Southern Iraq; this work includes carrying out site visits, developing procedures and conducting on-site training courses.  He has also conducted on-site RPS training and radiological risk assessments in Oman.

Rory has carried out several non-ionising radiation surveys across the energy sector to ascertain the levels of low frequency electromagnetic fields found on production and processing sites.  He has also played a key role in developing the methods used by ARPS to process and analyse land survey data using ArcGIS.  This has allowed ARPS to deliver detailed visual plots from surveys of large and complex sites.
